ABOUT US
VCEG was created to give back to our community. We seek to give youths the opportunity to learn valuable vocational, educational, job and life-building skills. We understand the need to help youth create a path toward a successful future, while also closing the gap of the lack of skilled workers in the industry.

Our mission is to rebuild and sustain our community, one youth at a time.
THE RESOLUTION
We desire to provide opportunities for at-risk youth by arming them with practical and transferable skills, training, and hands-on work experiences. We have strong relationships with notable construction companies and independent contractors who are committed to this initiative and have made a pledge to provide their professional expertise, wisdom, and skills to our youth in the program. When we arm our youth with the tools they need to improve their lives and build their communities, we give them the opportunity to invest in their future, and secure gainful employment opportunities and long-lasting careers, while also teaching them the importance of relationships, giving back, and caring for their communities.
